This rack features 20 tiers with 3" spacing between supports, allowing pans to be loaded and unloaded from either end. Its heavy-duty aluminum construction supports up to 650 lbs, making it ideal for the rigorous demands of bakeries and commercial kitchens. Four 5" swivel casters ensure smooth mobility without brakes. Assembly is required. NSF listed for food safety compliance.
