These heavy-duty bake and roast pans are constructed from 12 and 14-gauge aluminum, making them ideal for intense daily use in commercial kitchens. Hand wash only. Let cool before cleaning. Wash with warm water, mild soap, and a soft sponge. Dry immediately to prevent limescale. For stuck-on food, boil with vinegar to loosen before washing.
